まじき is a form used to modify nouns that comes from まじ, an older grammatical form. Despite subtle differences in nuance, まじき is most frequently rendered in English as 'unbecoming of (A)' or 'not proper for (A)'.
The most frequently encountered structure using まじき is (A) にあるまじき (B). This pattern begins with a noun indicating a role or position, followed by the particle に, the verb ある, and then まじき, which modifies a final noun.
- 賄賂を受け取るなんて、裁判官にあるまじき行為だ。Accepting a bribe is an act unbecoming of a judge.

In some cases, the particle として, meaning 'as', may be used instead of に, while the remainder of the grammatical structure is unchanged.
