Explanation
ものですから is a more formal and slightly more emphatic way of saying ものだから. It is used when providing a reason or making an excuse for something. This grammar point can be seen as an enhancement of から ('because'), where the noun もの ('thing/reason') nominalizes and highlights the clause that precedes it. It is often translated as 'because of the fact that...', 'due to...', or 'the reason is...'.
ものですから can be attached directly to the plain form of verbs and い-Adjectives. For な-Adjectives and nouns, な must be placed before ものですから.
- 以前この町に住んでいたものですから、いいレストランをたくさん知っていますよ。Because I used to live in this town, I know a lot of good restaurants.

Although there is a subtle difference in formality and emphasis, ものだから and ものですから are, in most contexts, effectively interchangeable grammar structures.
Fun-fact
While not a strict rule, ものですから is frequently used when a speaker is justifying their own behavior. It serves to emphasize that a particular situation (A) was the direct cause of their resulting action (B).
