(Not) involved with, (Not) concerned with, (No) connection with, (No) relationship with, (Not) related to
Structure
Noun + に(1) + 関係+ が(3)ある(2) + Noun
(1) と
(2) ない
(3) の
Explanation
Combining the noun 関係 ('relation' or 'connection') with がある ('to have') creates a phrase that means 'to be related to', 'to have something to do with', or 'to be involved in'. This expression is frequently used with the case marking particle に to indicate the thing to which something is related.
A noun or noun-phrase will always come before the particle に.
- あの会社は新しいプロジェクトに関係があるらしいです。It seems that company is involved with the new project.
- この話題に関係がある本を全ぶ読んでください。Please read all the books related to this topic.
The particle に can also be substituted with other case marking particles like と or の. While they can often be used interchangeably, each carries a slightly different shade of meaning.
に関係がある - In relation to (A).
と関係がある - Connected with (A).
の関係がある - A relationship with (A).

As you might expect, ある can be changed to ない to state that there is 'no connection' or 'no relation' between two things.
- その問題は私に関係がないです。That problem has nothing to do with me.
- 会議に関係がないことは話さないでください。Please don't discuss matters that are unrelated to the meeting.
Fun Fact
The key nuance between に and と here is that に tends to mark a one-sided relationship directed at something, whereas と often implies a more mutual or two-way connection between (A) and (B).
- このチームに関係がない人は部屋から出てください。Anyone who has no connection to this team, please leave the room.
